Originally from Louisiana, Alice immediately developed a deep affection for the historical charm of the DC area after moving to Capitol Hill with her husband in 2017.  She has turned her passion for connecting with people into helping them find their perfect home in the DMV.

Alice excels in understanding her clients’ needs on a personal level and flourishes in guiding them through every facet of their real estate journey. Alice loves building meaningful connections, whether it’s finding the perfect home for a family or fostering community ties.

Alice lives on Capitol Hill with her husband, her three young sons, and their Brittany Spaniel named Seven. She enjoys shopping at Eastern Market on the weekends, going to Lincoln Park with her children, and spending weekends on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.
