With strong roots in the South and Midwest, Chad has lived and traveled all over before settling in Washington, DC in 2010. A serial entrepreneur with experience in multiple fields, including Higher Education Administration and the specialty coffee industry, he has long had a passion for real estate and real estate investing and has since made it his full time focus.

Through his experience in business ventures, customer service, and hospitality, Chad has developed a passion for helping people find their home. He understands the need to meet people where they are, work at their pace, and tailor his experience to meet their individual needs. He gets excited walking through old houses envisioning what they could become with the right imagination. He loves helping people create a vision for where and how they want to live, and to help them make a house their home.

Chad and his wife, Nicole, both proud graduates of LSU, have made their home in Capitol Hill. They love traveling, cooking fun meals at home, being outdoors, long walks on the mall, hosting friends and family, and spending as much time on the water as they can.
