Erin hails from the Pacific Northwest, where she was raised in a big family of free-spirited originalists by her artist mother and scientist father. Their influence profoundly shaped the way she approaches homes.

Over the past 15 years, Erin has brought creative vision to life through every detail of the homes she works in — from total remodel projects and landscape design to home staging and rental property management. Erin delights in any thoughtfully curated space, whether it’s a seafood counter, the lobby of the hottest new hotel, or a salvage warehouse.

She fell in love with DC for being a city that’s just big enough and very livable, with access to hiking and mountain biking trails just a quick trip across the river. Some of her favorite things include houses with good bones, radiant heat, nonfiction, vintage kimonos, most outdoor sports, raising boys, and lately, beekeeping.
